Terms and conditions for short term bookings:

Confirmation of booking

Complete the online reservation form we need contact name for your booking, contact phone number, email address and credit card details

Credit card details are required to secure your booking. No fee is taken off the credit card as full payment in due when checking-in, unless you wish to cancel your booking cancellation charges will apply.

Please note: All bookings between 12th July - 12th August 2012 (Olympic period) need to paid in full at time of booking via bank transfer.

Amending of booking

Amendments to your booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to your arrival and is subject to availability. For amendment a charge of £25 per amendment will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation fee applies for cancelling your short term booking is as per fees below: I nights rent
    
This fee will be taken off your credit card that you supplied when securing your booking.

Please note: All bookings between the 12th July 2012 - 12th August 2012 any monies (i.edeposit or rent) will not be refunded upon cancellation, unless cancelled three months before booking.

Checking-in Policy

On the day of your arrival we will need to take full payment for the accommodation you have booked, also we will need to take a swipe of a credit card as a security bond for the room/studio.

Payment Options

Payments are due on arrival for your accommodation booked; these can be paid by either Cash or Visa/Mastercard/Maestro cards. Cash payments can only be paid in British pounds and a fee of 5% applies for Visa/Mastercard/ Maestro card payments.

Additional fees

Reservation Fee – A reservation fee of £5 per person for all short term bookings applies.

Sunday check-in – A Sunday check-in fee of £25 for rooms and studios and a £15 per person for dorm beds.

Late check-in – If you are delayed or plan to arrive after check-in time you will receive an email with the address details and how to check yourself in.  There is a £25 charge for rooms and studio and £15 charge per person for dorm beds for this service.  If you know you will be arriving late please let us know.
